Project Update
(July 2011)
We are pleased to inform you that as of July 2011, The Bellagio Tower III overall project accomplishment is 90.95% complete. Civil and Structural works are substantially complete. Remaining work trade includes corrective topping and surface preparation of engineered flooring at bedrooms, tile laying, interior plastering, ceiling works, painting works, waterproofing works and installation of: door hardware’s, drywall partitions, wires, water lines and sanitary fixtures, droppings & sprinkler heads, lavatory and kitchen counter tops. Testing and installation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems are also ongoing.
The project is on progress with accordance to its schedule.
We are pleased to inform you that as of July 2011, Forbeswood Parklane Towers I and II overall project accomplishment is 99.61% complete. Building construction is substantially complete. Remaining work includes punch listing of: mechanical, electrical, plumbing/sanitary, fire protection systems, aluminum works, painting works, interior architectural works, kitchen cabinets and bedroom closets installation.
The project is on its completion as projected with the schedule.
We are pleased to inform you that as of July 2011, The Stamford Executive Residences Towers I, II and III overall accomplishment is 76.45% complete. All Towers are topped-off already at roof deck. For Tower 1, testing of remaining fixtures, installation of controls for blowers and repair of leaks at pool deck is ongoing. For tower 2, activation of sump pump, waterproofing and installation of: duct, risers & meter centers are continuous. Tile works, loading of water for pipe line and painting work is also ongoing for Tower 1 & 2. For Tower 3, current work includes start of sewage ejector pump, final coat for exterior painting, waterproofing at T & B and installation of: frames for ceiling & dividers, pressurization duct, risers and box-setting.

We are pleased to inform you that as of July 2011, the overall project accomplishment for Tuscany Private Estate is 51.50% complete. Concreting works for 1 & 2 are substantially complete. Interior rectification, painting works, smoke testing for cross main duct, tile works, waterproofing, hardscape and installation of: plumbing fixtures, fire water lines and ECB panel is ongoing for phase I (Cluster 1, 2 and 7). For phase II (Cluster 3 and 4), exterior rectification, interior painting works, drywall partitions, draining of aircon, ducting of electrical works, waterproofing and installation of CWL and branch line is on progress. For phase III (Cluster 5 and 6) concreting is already at 5/F mezzanine of bldg. 6, other work includes installation of CWL for sanitary pipes, mechanical sleeving for remaining area at bldg. 6 and electrical layouting.

We are pleased to inform you that as of July 2011, Morgan Executive Residences Towers 1, 2 and 3 overall accomplishment is 33.67% complete. Concreting works are already complete for Tower 1, while Tower 2 and 3 are still ongoing. For Tower 1, shotcrete works is already complete while installation of precast cladding is substantially complete. Installation of service door, railing and tiles at hallway and lobby is also ongoing. Pipe sleeving and roughing-ins are also on progress for Tower 2 and 3. For Tower 2 shotcrete works and perimeter wall is also ongoing. For Tower 3, slab concreting, rebar works and form works preparation is also on development.

We are pleased to inform you that as of July 2011, 8 Forbestown Road overall project accomplishment is 7.21% complete. Punchlisting of vertical trimmings on areas with undercut is ongoing. Concreting at Basement 1 & 2 for RC walls, Columns, Shear walls, slabs & beam/girder is partially done while for basement 3 it is substantially done. Concreting at ground floor for suspended slab & beam/girder at Tower area is also partially done. Ongoing work includes fabrication of rebars at off site areas, form works and rebar works for Ground floor column and sheer walls.

We are pleased to inform you that as of July 2011, The Venice overall project accomplishment is 1.50% complete. For Tower A, slab at basement 2 already concreted, while ongoing preparation of cistern tank is partially poured. For Tower B, ongoing concreting preparation for basement 3 slab and sewage tank that is partially poured. Plumbing and Fire protection sleeving works and electrical roughing-ins installation is also ongoing for Tower A and B.
